Businiess name:  Mc Donald's

Review content:
Long wait times, terrible customer service, and lazy employees. That pretty much sums up what I've come to expect from this McDonalds. They clearly recognize that they have a captive customer base, being on a Naval Base where most of their customers are students who lack cars and can't afford to go elsewhere. As a result they consistently fail to deliver. Some examples: Every night at about 10:30pm they tear down their entire McCafe line (shakes, coffee, etc.) for ""cleaning"" and don't reopen it until around 6am. Having worked at McDonald's for 9 years I can tell you that most of the cleaning can be done without interrupting service, and the actual time during which the machines can't be used is 20 minutes for the espresso machine, and about an hour or 2 for the shake machine. The employees at this McDonalds are lying to their late night customers to avoid the extra work of having to make shakes, cappuccinos, and the like. In addition, they have a terrible understanding of supply and demand. For example: on one occasion I was told that they were ""sold out"" of BBQ sauce. In 9 years of work at McDonalds, my store never fell below 2 boxes of extra stock on BBQ sauce. It's clearly a popular item, and to run out is nothing short of negligence on the part of the management. Promotional items are also hard to find at this store. I ordered an Egg Nog milkshake on or around November 15th of last year and was told that they were done selling that product because ""the Christmas season was practically over already."" Based on the quality of service and the food served, I have no idea how this McDonalds has stayed open for so long. My store was inspected several times a month, scoring in the high 90th percentile regularly, and we were all aware that to score low more than once or twice could result in a visit from the food department, or the regional management. How this store has stayed open is beyond my understanding.
