Review content:
I like supporting the local family owned stores. I try to use them whenever I can. They are only knowledgeable of products on the floor. I would not recommend them for special orders. Not at all knowledgeable on certain products. I ordered a product that seemed cut and dry. Caused many headaches with installation because I was not informed of options...and was not informed because they did not know them either.
Pros: friendly and accomodating
Cons: not as knowledgeable of products not on display....needing to be ordered
