Review content:
As everyone here already stated, they quickly came to pick up the TV. I think if I didn?t follow up with them, they were not going to follow up with me. They put their TV service sticker on MY TV and the kicker is, it had someone else?s name on it. So they didn't even know the TV was mine. Thank god I had the model and s/n documented. I'm really not convinced that they ever opened the TV to do a diagnosis on it.
