Overlooks busy highway 1. View of ocean is through traffic and trees. Had to pay extra for 2nd floor room with slightly better view, although the hotel was nearly empty. South facing with no air conditioning-either hot with closed windows or very noisy with open windows.
Pros: inexpensive for area, close to beach, good restaurants near
