I thought I would give this business a shot. Last Friday, I dropped off a several cashmere sweaters and a Pucci scarf and was told it would not be ready until the next Friday.
I questioned this as they advertise same day, and 24 hours. Keeping in mind I dropped off my clothes at 8:15am. So, the woman said I can pick it up the next day, after 3pm. So I left thinking this was perfect. Well, I come in the next day after 4pm and my clothes are not there. They weren't ready yet. So, I come in the following Monday, and was told that my clothes are still is not there, and nothing is in their computer but my phone number.
I then said well, I need my clothes that day! Then I was told the woman will go out back and search for them. She comes back after a minute and says watch the rack as I spin it around and you look. After 3 minutes of spinning, they show up.
You think I would catch a break for this terrible service? NO. I will never bring any clothing back as you have no way to know if it will be there when it is ready. As far as being dry cleaned...it does not even seem like it was done. Good luck to anyone else using this service.
