This place is unbelievable. My wife and I decided to check it out after a local magazine reviewed it. Although it is in no way convenient to us, we now routinely drive by three barbecue places to go to Hillbilly. It's a tiny little place, and its certainly not about ambience, but the food is the thing. Everything is extraordinary. The sauces are outstanding, the beans are ridiculous, the potato salad is always fresh, and the meat is tender. You will not need a knife. I just do not have the words to convey how good this is.
