Review content:
Binions Coffee Shop served up one of the best breakfast's I had in Vegas and at a decent price. The dining room is understated and elegant, a quiet atmosphere to relax in. And the wait staff were friendly and professional. Binions offers a full breakfast menu...omelets, pancakes, chicken fried steak, biscuits & gravy, etc. all within a decent price range. I had one of the two breakfast specials (2 eggs, potatoes and toast, with ham, bacon or sausage WITH coffee for 4.99). The food quality was very good. I added a shortstack of pancakes for $3.49, which turned out to be too much food for me. Binions coffee shop is a hidden treasure (quite literally, it's way in the back, and downstairs) but worth the effort.
