Our experiences in using Guardian Angels of Home Health (Morrisville, PA) only added to the pain we were already experiencing when caring for a parent with dementia.Their caregiver's neglect ranged from mild (my mother's phone records revealed that one nurse spent many hours on personal phone calls while on duty) to seriously severe (another nurse left the premises for most of her shift and my mother was found wondering outside her apartment in frigid temperatures). What only added to our outrage was the uncaring response we received when we contacted the agency's owners to report these violations.
