Review content:
First time customer, and not a returning customer. Delivery took TWO HOURS and order was not even complete. Pizza was cold and the bread sticks and marinara sauce missing. I am still waiting to be refunded for my bread sticks or for them to be delivered..I don't know, whichever they decide to do first or morally right. Also, management told me, because of delayed delivery, half the charge would be refunded, still waiting for that, furthermore a member of management will not come to the phone, I've spoken to the sales person (Priscilla) twice, and the customer service level just deteriorated more and more after each time. I don't think that if I had called and ordered bread sticks w/sauce and told them, ""but I don't have money for them"" that they would have been delivered, so why is it OK, that I've paid for them but they think it's OK to not delivered them...The amount is insignificant, the money is not the point, but this is a business, and I feel they have stolen from me. Pros: Alright Pizza Cons: Horrible Management
