Review content:
Horrible customer service. My friends ordered a van for 6 people, 3 of them decided not to go, so myself and another wanted to take their spots in the cab. The cab driver overheard our conversation and refused to drive until we got out of the van since we were not part of the original group. We called dispatch because we were upset about the driver, and he was extremely rude to me as well. They also lie and say they don't take credit card so that they get cash payments and don't have to pay taxes.
