My rating: NO stars! DONT BUY OR SELL HERE!! What a terrible experience. I had to wait a month for an appointment. I warned them that I had a lot to bring in 2 boxes and a garbage sized bag of clothes. On the website it says that someone will help you bring the items into the store--I was by myself and was struggling carrying in the heavy boxes and NO ONE offered to help (there were 3+ women and 1 man working in the store). The woman opened up a bag of clothes and complained to me that she just can go through all of it-- that I ""needed to really go through it before I bring it in and put all the sets together"". I told her that none of them were sets and then she told me that they expect everything to be folded----it WAS folded?!?! but she just handed the bag back to me. I had some toys in shopping bags that I had tied, they wouldnt even go through them. Out of everyhing I brought they bought 5 toys (they didnt even look through everything and even missed a bunch of LeapFrog and VTech games with batteries and everything). They only paid $1 per item. They were rude and snooty and kept making snickering comments about my items and saying ""I wouldnt even take that"". I will NEVER go back again and would not even purchase an item from them that would support such treatment of people who are supporting their business by selling items so cheaply to them.
