I LOVE working at GroomingDales! In the 22 years I have been in the pet grooming industry, I have spent 15 at GD! I have worked in many ""shops"" and I have to say that the environment is very different than all the other shops. It ""FEELS"" like a salon! That's what it should feel like. It's clean, happy, team-oriented, organized, and safe! I love the staff that I work with too! Everyone treats the pets so nice... In past shops, I have worked next to abusive groomers, been electrocuted by dryers, dryers that caught on fire, nasty working conditions, small work spaces, made to used dish soap instead of shampoo, flea infestations, and even been fired, stiffed on my last paycheck and badmouthed when I planning on leaving a place I worked....it was HORRIBLE. All of the people I work with have exceptional skills and concern for the pets. We all have friendly working relationships, too! I never dread going in to work, I smile everyday I am there! Come visit us! You can feel the difference all the way from dropping your pet off, to how he acts afterward! I just know that you will be pleased! And if you are ever looking for a nice, honest, fun, pet friendly place to work, this is DEFINITELY the place!
