I use to take my pet Silas to a Vet Clinic/Kennel in Midtown and always noticed how dirty he was when I returned to pick him up but the last straw with this clinic/kennel is when I left my dog for a week and received a call from the kennel stating my dog had diarrhea and when I gave them the ok to treat it then they called back and said he had an allergic reaction. The kicker was that they charged me over $400 for vet care fees and still charged me for his stay. I dropped my dog off in healthy conditions and should have been picked up the same way. I have not had any issues with Airport Park N Bark. The staff is friendly and they take really good care of my dog. I've talked to other pet owners who utilizes Airport N Bark and have not had any complaints. Keep up the good work.
