I had them put in a back splash, sink & countertop in my kitchen. One of the partners Joan was sweet as pie before she was paid in full. The workers did a good job but after the new sink was put in it started to leak on 2 different occasions & the plumber came back to fix it. I never had a leak before. About 6 weeks after the job was finished they just showed up on my doorstep to seal the back splash, keep in mind they were paid in full at this point. When I called Joan she said she left a message on my cell & did not have my house phone which my husband had stopped by her office to give her. Anyway the sink started leaking again & when we called she was so nasty & had the audacity to blame my husband & I because she said we had to much stuff under our sink! We had a garbage can & a box of garbage bags & after we got the new sink we had a garbage can installed & nailed into the floor of the cabinet no where near the pipes & said the plumber would charge us if he came back. She was so rude & could not be bothered. Why would she when she got paid already. So unprofessional & the water leaked into our basement. What happened to the customer is always right or at least let me come take a look to see what my plumber did. He left all kinds of calking in the drain of the sink on top of it.
Pros: beautiful backsplash & countertop
Cons: once they are paid in full they will not fix plumbing errors
