Review content:
My one experience with Elegant limousines incorporated was not a very good one. My husband hired them to take me and some others to Peoria shopping. The limo itself was large and clean, the driver was friendly and there was plenty of diet coke. The problem was the air conditioner wasn't working and this was August in Central Illinois. We were not even offered a discount after we complained about the lack of cool air. They were quite expensive for a very uncomfortable ride to Peoria.
