I went to freshe and requested Lori on the basis of the reviews on here. She cut my hair three times: the first two times she did an ok job, the last time was one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. All I wanted was a trim so nothing complicated, but she completely messed up my bangs. They no longer sit correctly and I'm going to have to suffer through the next few weeks until my hair grows out a bit and is not such a disaster. I'll never go back to Freshe again.
