When making travel plans, I would NOT recommend the use of this agency. I had seen the ad in the Chicago Tribune for CHEAP tickets and the price quoted for airfare to Australia was indeed a good price, but I could never get the price verified in writing. Though I NEVER confirmed the reservation, I was told that by providing the information that was needed for international travel, I had in fact confirmed a reservation without anything in writing what the final price (tax and surcharges) would be. I received notification of a reservation (from offices in Atlanta, Georgia) which indicated that I would need to pay a $695 charge on these non-refundable tickets (which I had never authorized). The service from the manager I spoke with was very rude, in fact, he hung up on me. Through many phone calls and much angst, I was able to get them to issue a cancellation (I think the term fraud helped). Pros: Offer good prices Cons: Will not give final cost in writing via e-mail
