Review content:
Turnberry Wells has to be the most awful place I have ever lived. Everything is so old, including the outdated kitchen appliances. My stove top is not even level, so my burners are always making pots and pans slide around. Maintence is very slow to respond, and then act like the problem is the renters fault. That is if they even come out at all. It is way overpriced for the level of service you get. The exterminators have to come out every month! One Saturday, our washing machine was leaking water onto the carpet upstairs, then going down into our bathroom on the first floor. I called maintence and they refused to come out until Monday because they did not consider it an emergency. Needless to say, I am breaking my lease this month and taking the property manager to court for failure to hold up their end of the lease. I would advise anyone else to do the same. And I would advise for people to never move here. It was a huge mistake for my family, and we can't wait to be out.
