After shopping for a new/used alternator for a Volvo Cross-Country I was suffering from sticker shock (people owning Premium Euro cars can back me up on this). Andy took my car info and found my part in SECONDS. But the best thing was it was half what the best deal on ebay was. Excellent service and price!!!!
