BEWARE! LIMO NEVER SHOWED UP!!!
I recently had my wedding in Santa Fe, NM. I had contacted Monty at Imperial & I was told to send him a check in the full amount for the services since it was so close to the wedding date & we did & in good faith we trusted that he would show up as promised. After the limo did not arrive as scheduled, I called Monty 15 minutes after he was supposed to pick me up to take me to my wedding ceremony (I figured maybe traffic or something) but NO I was then informed that in fact he would NOT be showing up at all because he became ill. I get it, things happens , but this man Monty didn't even have the DECENCY to let me know ahead of time, he did not call, email, or even have anyone else call me to let me know! Instead he left me waiting & wondering, I had to scramble to find alternate transportation & I was late to my wedding ceremony. He was totally unapologetic & couldn't care less. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
