LOCATION: SUGARLAND, TX. CACHE CLEANERS. This place has the worst service and will lose your favorite clothing. The only reason why I used their services was because they are down the street from my job. NEVER AGAIN!!!! will I use their cleaning services, they lost a very expensive dress of mine. I was told by the young indian girl that one of the 9 dresses that I dropped off was not ready and was told to pick it up the following day. I went back and could not find the dress and the girl was no longer working there. I kept going back and was given the round around, I asked for the owner's number and was told by him he would call me back but never did. He finally called me and said it was too late for him to go look for the dress and would look the next day. It has been 3 weeks since I dropped off this dress and they still cannot find it and are not giving me any answers as to reimbursement. So today 08/18/11 he calls me saying he did not have the dress and that I should have counted my items before leaving the store. I did count my items but was told by the young girl that one dress was not ready. Thus, the reason I left the dry cleaners with 8 dresses instead of 9 in the first place.The owner is now saying that the girl worked there part time and went back to College in San Antonio. He told me he doesn't have the chemicals to clean sequined dresses and refuses to refund my money on that dress and the fee that I paid to get it cleaned. I am so pissed.
