been going there 4 years, well run, great instructors, they offer several Tower Classes, you can rent machine for solo workout. UWS location is pretty much Gyro only - no Pilates. I started Gyro for low back pain - it has changed my body and my life. Pain free, and in better shape now at age 55 than ever in my life - thanks to Gyro.
