I am so grateful to John Becker and his team for their resourcefulness and compassion during a recent roadside emergency. My two sons and I were traveling home from a long trip visiting my parents. My husband was away at a business conference and wouldn't you know that was the day I ran over a huge nail on the highway. The tire went completely flat within a few minutes and I knew we weren't going to be able to drive to have the tire repaired. This all happened on a Saturday evening. I called John Becker's State Farm office and was answered by a helpful lady who asked if we were ok and who then sent out a tow truck. My tire was changed within 30 minutes. Best of all, this was all covered under emergency roadside assistance through my car insurance. How great is that! Thank you John Becker Insurance for being there right when I needed help. You are the best!
