Since the first time I have been going to see Lynda at Ventura Center for Healing for a colonic therapy, all of the most annoying problems had disappeared. I had no more headaches, more energy, and my body was working better, for example, I have been going to the bathroom better and lighter (in which I did not go every day). Most importantly, I had the sharpest pain in my stomach, pains that felt like someone was poking you with knives inside your stomach. I went to the doctor THREE times (different doctors) and they said there is nothing they can do about it (they did take some tests) and I just need to find out what food is causing this unbearable pain (and for the ladies, this pain is a lot worst than period cramps, I seriously couldn't handle those pains-I would lie down for three hours with those pains suffering and crying, no medicine helped). I have been going to see Lynda, and all of these pains and issues disappeared. The process isn't a walk in the park, but it is WORTH it!! Lynda is clean and she explains to you exactly what is coming out, how, and the process of eating right and how it affects your body in specifics. She also provides outside tips of how to keep your body healthy. She is super gentle and trustworthy, as well as clean and honest. I have been sleeping better and my appetite towards unhealthy foods like sweets had disappeared. Also, my moods are happier and my body just feel a lot lighter. Also, when it comes to acne, my skin has been more under control. I HIGHLY recommend Ventura Center for Healing. Thank you, Lynda.
