My husband and I decided to have a nice dinner out and always talked about trying the ESB, since moving here from Chicago. WELL.. we shoud have never put the ESB on our list of places to try. Our glasses of water came to the table filled with soapy water (it was so bad that the table next to us asked if we ordered lemonade). When we ask the female server if we could each have a new glass, she walked away annoyed and passed out table off to a new server. Our new server was just as bad as the first...we watch our food sit in the window for 15 minutes before it was brought to the table, by the time it arrive the food was cold and my husband's burger was gummy. It's hard to put cold food down but our server never came back to check on the food. To make a long evening short... we went to pay and noticed that we were given the wrong bill... it took the entire staff 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong with the bill. The table next to use was turned, while we were waiting for the bill... the couple nexted to us commented on how the ESB and really gone down hill since it first opened. If you're looking for an over priced burger and crappy service than this is the place for you!
