You could park an aircraft carrier inside the restaurant at 730pm on a Friday night there was one other couple in the restaurant. Immediately I began to wonder about the freshness and the rotation of the food. I ordered, the KOBE Burger. The waitress asked how I would like it cooked and I said ""Medium Rare"" (Kobe needs to be cooked as close to medium-rare as possible. Kobe is a really fatty type beef but when cooked the fat is cooked away by the heat and you are left with a super juicy piece of meat If it's overcooked you are left with a brick). The server said, well the only way we can cook it is ""MEDIUM WELL Meat lovers, we are talking about a hamburger here not a piece of beef jerky. I think now we know why this restaurant is empty on a Friday night. Cons: Empty, no food rotation
