From the second I walked in for my 10:00 a.m. appointment, I was treated very well. I was greeted by a friendly staff who offered me my choice of refreshing beverage. The entire staff is personable and cheery...no brooding artists here. I was attended to by 2 staff members (a seasoned stylist/owner and her very capable assistant that she was training, with my prior permission of course). Both women were very concerned that I get exactly what I wanted and were not interested in forcing their opinions on me (something I have experienced many times in other salons). The final result is great. I must admit I look fabulous. These women really know color. I would like to highly recommend Brilli Salon, you will leave feeling like a princess.
