Thiss used to be a nice place to catch a movie. One might argue that it doesn't attract as many moviegoers due to the newer Jordan Commons and Provo Town Center theaters, but I think people are just tired of being treated like cattle whenever they attend this Carmike theater.
Carmike has management issues. The staff is poorly trained and even rude at times. My concessions cashier barely made eye contact and never said thank you, etc.
The complex is setup horribly. Trying to buy tickets is a nightmare, even with a line of as few as 10 people. The doors to the entrance of the building are right next to the ticket counters, and once you get inside you'll find a tiny lobby where waiting for your movie is very awkward to say the least.
Sorry Wynnsong...at one time you were a good theater....now your just simply thumbs down.
Pros: Nice location, decent sized seating
Cons: Falling apart, Horrible lobby/setup, Unprofessional staff
