Review content:
I called to make an appointment because I was referred by my dentist. The receptionist took my personal info then asked me for my insurance info. When she told me they did not accept my insurance I asked if she could refer me to another specialist. She then told me in a very rude voice that they did not refer anybody to anyone. They only received referrals. I thought maybe she misunderstood me. So i asked if she knew of any other Dr.'s that where the same type of specialty/field. She told me, still in the rude voice, the other Dr. in their office did not accept my insurance either, which was not what I was asking.
After reading these other reviews I can see why people must have trouble with this group. They have no customer service skills and flat out just don care.
