Review content:
I called to inquire about buying a tira misu cake for my husband's birthday and was treated very rudely by the lady on the phone. As most people would do before driving 45 miles to pick up a cake, I asked the hours of operation and price of the cake. The lady was very short and impatient with my questions and asked ""what is this all about?"" in a very rude tone, as if I was asking her personal information. How about a little customer service....after all, I am a paying customer that is willing to drive to Galveston for a little piece of cake. Scratch that...I WAS a paying customer. Just like the lady on the phone, I too have a big mouth and plan to tell everyone how I was treated. Pros: good desserts Cons: rude, rude, rude
