Alas, we can't use no stars. Monica Murphy of this firm verbally abused me after I told her to research her facts before she asked me a question for which there is no answer. She was given some misinformation by her client and thought I had an attitude for telling her to look into the matter further before she called again. She was degrading, nasty and condescending, but what can you expect from someone who works for a collection agency. Low life.
