UHI was advertising @ the OC fair so I put my info to get an estimate. The owner, Dan Golka, called to set up an appointment. There was a lot of pressure to give him the check on the spot but he said all the right things and I felt pretty good about it when he left. That was the last time I felt good about it b/c he said I had 48 hours to cancel and he didn't answer the phone call to cancel. I tried so many time to reach him. Finally, my husband left a voicemail that he was going to physically go down to the business address in Tustin and call the police if he didn't call us back. The end result is that he claimed he had already started making the product by this time and he would soon deliver/install it. Well, a long story short, it was installed about 3 months later after SEVERAL no shows. Worst company ever. The install was horrible and now it is a lost cause to get that fixed.
