I can confidently recommend to Cogburns as a professional company that can be trusted. In middle of Julys outrageous heat wave, my AC was not cooling as it should. I submitted a service call on their internet site and was called within 20 minutes for an appointment setting. They were able to come to my home the following morning. The technician arrived as scheduled. He was a true professional who came with top notch tools and equipment, and went out of the way to protect work areas to keep my house clean. The technician was able to diagnose the problem within a thirty minutes (low Freon and and a clogged condensation pan). The bill was really reasonable, and the thing I greatly appreciated was that there were no annoying attempts at upselling me on items and repairs that I did not or want. They even brought in a latter and tightened a few vents which were rattling at no extra charge.
