I have been to the salon two times and I am never going back. I scheduled my appt and requested the John Barrett. I arrived and I had my hair washed and then I had to sit waiting in his chair for 15 minutes till he showed up. Haircut went great, until I went home and discovered he cut my hair uneven. I was pissed, due to the fact of spending several hundred dollars to get my haircut. I knew he had broken his arm and his arm just healed. I blamed the bad haircut on his arm. Several months later I gave John a second try. Sure, enough I got home again and I noticed a piece of hair that was uneven. That was the last straw and I have never gone back. You would think he would pay better attention to detail.
