Review content:
Sun-Fun Pools sold us a Sea Isle Swimming pool in 2001. We have experienced some problems and they have not answered any of our complaints so their customer service is lacking. We sent two letters to them, it has been at least a month and they still have not responded. If you do business with this company be prepared to not be answered if you have a complaint. The other thing was, Sun-Fun is expensive. They charged us about $4,000 just to install the pool. I don't know if that is what other people charge. It sounds like Watson's charges only $500 to install a 24' round pool. Sun-Fun pools also neglected to tell us about the insects that get between the pool liner and pool wall. They also told us and it was even in writing that the pool would last a lifetime and our pool is corroding after 5 years. We spent a total of almost $11,000 on that pool. Now how would you feel if that happened to you? They want us to spend around $3,000 - $4,000 to fix the pool. $1000 of that is installation cost. The other parts are the pool wall, base track, skimmer, return, ladder flanges, and pool liner. The liner, return, skimmer, and ladder flanges was partly our fault since we didn't drain the pool down (we wanted to prevent more insects from getting between the liner and wall) unfortunately, ice damaged those items. As for the pool wall and base track, I don't know why they are corroding. I have read aluminum pools are supposed to last 20 or more years and ours didn't even make it half way.
