Review content:
The consultant, Mary, who helped my daughter choose her wedding dress was very pleasant and helpful. (Even though the store was very busy.) I only wish that the procedure of purchasing, fitting, adjusting, bustling, etc had all been explained in detail. I guess the employees are so familiar with the procedures that they assume the customers are, too! Finding out as you go along is very frustrating for the bride and everyone else. On another day, the bridesmaids dresses were ordered.....but when we went to pick them up discovered that the wrong dresses had been ordered. Thank goodness, we had arranged to pick them up four weeks before the ceremony, so the manager at David's was able to quickly order the correct dresses.
