Review content:
Their main flaw is that though they have piles of freshly-washed blue towels for drying your car, they reuse them and dont use a fresh towel everytime so if the car in front of you was extremely dirty, you are out of luck ! That is totally inexcusable! I check my car for scratches everytime after I have it washed and I know my brand new car very well and they have made two REALLY REALLY big scratches on my car that were not there before, no one touches my car otherwise, its in the garage so it doesnt get scratched elsewhere and if there is a scratch on that car I know about it. The last scratch is 15 inches long in the rear bumper and its impossible to miss. If it cannot be buffed out I will have to repaint the bumper. When they are wping it dry, they also lean against the car with their full body weight, so if they are 200 pounds, there you have your guarantee, that if there is dirt in your ar or in the towel, the scratch will be something you wont forget. Why do they have to lean agains the car that way? So fresh towels everytime otherwise dont be in business !! When you complain and ask them if they use fresh towels everytime, the manager says, ""they should"" which translates to ""its non of my business"". They are also sloppy in dusting your dashboard and the pressure hosing at the beginning of the wash is a great idea, but most of the operators dont go through your car body thoroughly and thats important so that the rollers dont scratch the car with the dirt you bring from the road. Pros: They use a pressure hose at the beginning Cons: Dont use fresh towels, they scratch your car, sloppy operators
