Review content:
My boyfriend and I bought a puppy from Petland in Missouri City and to keep our warranty from going void we had to take her to Petland's Vet within four days of the purchase. This is why we went to Lake Olympia pet hospital. First visit, they screwed up the appointment and wrote down the wrong day and would not squeeze us in to accomodate us AND our warranty with Petland until several phone calls and complaints were made. Second and third visit was the same, but what really upset me was that at the third visit, the groomer that works there screwed up our morning appointment to get her groomed before her afternoon appt. to see the Vet and get her shots, and then the vet-tech. gave my puppy her shots before we got to see her after the grooming-which we had repeatedly asked them not to do because we wanted to talk to the vet ABOUT the shots before we gave them. Pros: Educated and friedly Vet Cons: Idiot and un-organized staff
