MY HUSBAND WAS SCHEDULED FOR AN 11:30 APPOINTMENT FOR A VASECTOMY WHICH PRODUCES ENOUGH ANXIETY IN ITSELF. WE ARRIVED ON TIME TO A FULL WAITING ROOM. AT ABOUT 12:30 WHAT APPEARED TO BE A NEWS REPORTER AND HER CAMERA MAN ARRIVED AT THE OFFICE AND ENTERED THE BACK THEY EXITED ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER 1:15. MINUTES AFTER THEY LEFT THE POWER IN THE OFFICE BLEW OUT AND THE INTERIOR OFFICE FILLED WITH SMOKE. WE HAD NOW WAITED 2 HOURS. WE APPROACHED THE RECEPTION. WE EXPLAINED WHY WE WERE THERE AND TRIED TO INQUIRE AS TO HOW MUCH LONGER WE WOULD BE WAITING BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN ANSWER ONLY AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT HAD OCCURRED. THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED THE OTHER WHY WE HAD NOT BEEN SEEN AND SHE REPLIED THAT ""THE DOCTOE HAD JUST FINISHED WITH THOSE PEOPLE"" REFERRING TO THE NEWS PEOPLE. AS WE INQUIRED AGAIN ABOUT THE WAIT TIME WHAT APPEARED TO BE DOCTOR VALENZUELA (IT WAS EMBROIDERED ON HIS BLUE SHIRT) ENTERED THE RECEPTION AREA. HE PROCEEDED TO CUT ME OFF AND CLOSE THE GLASS DIVIDER IN MY FACE, I WAS SHOCKED. AT THIS POINT MY HUSBAND SLID THE GLASS OPEN AND REQUESTED HIS COPAYMENT BACK. WE STATED THAT WE WOULD COMPLAIN TO THE REFERRING HOSPITAL AND HE RESPONDED ""YOU CAN COMPLAIN ALL OVER THE WORLD""
