Review content:
I took a family member to have a consultation about a physical deformity, and that member was not examined at all. As a matter of fact, Anya looked at her and said, ""You look like you're doing fine to me!"" I was then charged a$30 office visit fee to be given the names of 2 plastic surgeons that I already had info for. We were trying to establish a medical history for this problem, but were charged for nothing instead. In the car on the way home, the family member told me what had happened. I wondered why we had waited half an hour to get in, and the ""consultation"" only took about 10 minutes. I then called the office and told them I felt as if I had been ripped off. They said they would talk to the dr. and call me right back. That was several weeks ago, and no phone call. As a matter of fact, all I got was a bill for an additional $75 with a code/description of full chest exam., which is a blatant lie and insurance fraud, since my insurance is paying for it. I plan to let my insurance company know right away. Did I mention that Anya laughed at my family member and told her she was funny?
