It is unfortunate that people think that $$$ means excellence, especially in terms of a haircut. I went in for a haircut, was explicit with my needs and wants, even had a photo! And what did I get? Jennifer Anniston's 'do from Friends circa 1996. Come on guys, either send all your stylists to a big city for some up-to-date training or lower your prices significantly. I wanted something hip, and if I couldn't get that, I would have at least liked an even professional cut. Thank God I didn't get colored there. Sorry, don't see what the hype is all about.
