Review content:
Would not recommend booking their party rooms for banquets/weddings because of poor customer service. We paid $200 for a room and $550 for buffett plus bar tab. They split our room with another party, would not discount the price we paid. We had people coming in and out of our room all night, using our bar, using our dance floor. Could not find a manager all night. Food ran out before everyone was served, we were charged for drinks that were going to the other party. Manager appeared at mid-night and was very defensive and rude. Said she would do nothing for us and we should have said something sooner. We were told the bill was paid and we needed to leave. Called Landry's Corp. twice to complain about service. Phone calls went un-returned. Poor, poor customer service. Will never go back.
