Review content:
This company is extremely unprofessional and lack any plumbing or people skills. They did not install our sinks properly, and we have had a very pungent sewage odor since the first day they were installed. As we were preparing our store for opening day i found a pinhole leak in the pipe that was spraying water everywhere, which they came back to fix right away, but upon closer inspection i realized one hair trap was installed upside down? They also came back to fix that, and jammed it with wood shims that were to be a permanent fixture under my sink. Not only did they have to come back a few times to try and fix their screw-ups but within two months the pipes were leaking again , so upon calling the woman in the office i got rude customer service and she was just very nasty. She started to scream at me calling me a liar, and refused to send anyone to fix the problem. Not only were these people extremely unprofessional and rude, but their work is careless, and needs to be fixed by actual plumbers that know what they are doing. Do not use them!!!!
