Took in my car for fairly minor hail damage repair, ended up taking six months of in again/out again work to get the car fixed decently. They could never manage to get the swirlmarks out of the paint, even the coats they just applied. Excuse was always ""black cars are tough"" -- fine, but that's what you're getting paid for. They would often keep the car days past what they said it would take and then call me saying it was ready only to have exactly the same problems it had the last time they tried to fix it.
Now, less than three months after getting it back from them once and for all, the paint on the parts of the car that they repainted are starting to flake off.
Avoid like the plague.
