Businiess name:  DOS MAS Mexican Restaurant

Review content:
Dos Mas has got some really good things going for it. They have a Combination #8 plate which I love. It comes with two cheese enchiladas, a queso crisp, a beencheeselettuce tostada, guacamole, rice & beans. They also make really great chicken andor beef quesadillas. They serve wonderfully warm, crispy chips with an aye, yay, yay hot sauce which bites back at you. The waiter and waitress were both really friendly. I also loved that they play a good mix of Mexican and Country music, which really adds to this little hot spot's atmosphere. My two suggestions; add more guacamole to the plates, add some fresh diced tomatoes, onions and cilantro to your hot sauce, and back off the chili powder in the hot sauce. It's just a little too hot, and needs to have fresher ingredients. With a couple of little tweaks, Dos Mas could easily reach five star status! We will definitely be returning soon. Oh, one more thing; they need to publish a web site with their menu on it. Nowadays, this is critical to restaurant survival, especially in this crazy town. Pros: Great Combination Plates Cons: Hot sauce could use some tweaking, to get it right.
