Review content:
They had our 42""plasma t.v. for 4 weeks and never bothered to keep us updated. They did not call one time, we had to call them and see what was wrong with the t.v. They said nothing was wrong with it and sent it home. It acted up and we ended up sending it back again. Currently waiting one week with no phone call.
Pros: Guy who picked up the t.v. was nice.
Cons: Does not keep customer updated
