Businiess name:  Sushi Agoura

Review content:
I have eaten in a lot of sushi places in LA, New York, Miami, Vegas, Boston and Chicago. All I can say is that Sushi Agoura has by far the best quality fish out there. This is a Japanese run restaurant with high quality fish. When you eat the sushi here, it pretty much melts in your mouth. The tuna is bright red, the toro is really light pink and the salmon is a light orange. This place is good. Some of my favoite items are 1- Spicy Tuna hand roll 2- seared tuna Sushi 3- albacore sushi 4- Baked Scallop Hand roll 5- spicy snow crab hand roll (comes is whole chunks of REAL crab meat, as if it was just pulled in one big strand from a crab leg) 6- chilean sea bass hand roll 7- sashimi salad 8- stupid #1.. 9- Stupid #2 (Don't ask. they're just good. The owner and his wife run the place and Megu (owner) gets pretty wasted with his clients. The crowd is pretty young and rich considering you're right across the street from ALL the hottest clubs in town and you are eating the best sushi in the U.S. Sushi costs you about $5, hand rolls about $6.50 and salads about $12. Cut rolls costs you about $10-12 as well, but they are pretty filling. For me and my husband, we usually spend about $50-60 for both of us p/ visit. Well worth it! Pros: Fish quality, service, location, owner is really cool Cons: Waiting for seats at the bar. The place is small and during peak hours, you usually have to wait.
