This is a wonderful boutique with an extremely helpful sales staff. My teenage daughter loves Vera Bradley purses and accessories and I always go to Cara's when I'm buying her a new Vera Bradley. The last purse I bought her was a hipster with a snap front pocket. After owning it for 2 months, the fabric tore around the snap. I took the purse back to Cara's this past weekend not sure what they would do for me. Well, I didn't have to worry at all. The sales clerk took one look at it and gave me a new purse immediately and cheerfully. I was pleasantly surprised to see how they stand behind the products they sell. Good customer service makes all the difference to me in where I shop and I highly recommend Cara's Boutique!
