I had a bad experience here - I came in with a small scab that had not healed in over a year. Dr. Carney suggested I put a bandaid on it - this was after both the nurse and I had told him I'd had it for over a year. It took several minutes of back and forth before he realized we'd told him I'd had it for over a year - no listening whatsoever. Then when they removed it with a punch biopsy, the nurse could not find the size tool the dr. asked for, so they used a smaller one - this did not inspire a lot of confidence - I was very concerned that it'd come back. Then on top of all of that when I got my bill they'd put a separate $420 charge for TWO STITCHES!!! This was on top of the $100 office visit, the punch biopsy charge and the pathology test fee. I would think if they open you up, the stitches would come with the deal. Billing dept would not help either. Does not listen, uses wrong tool, overcharges - Do not go here.
