i was intimidated when i first stepped in since i had no experience, but as soon as i started, that was all gone. the staff is incredible in their teaching, the amount of time they give you, their effort, and their attitude. huge range in terms of experience of people there, but all are so welcome. amazing workout; i am absolutely addicted.
Pros: trainers, all staff, personal attention
